Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within the 24-hour period of your scheduled appointment, you will not receive a refund for the canceled appointment. You will not receive your money back for the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or you are a no-show on the day of your appointment. To ensure you receive a full refund, please be sure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full-service fee.
