SELF CARE & WELLNESS CONSULTATION

Service Description

This consultation is about assessing what your unique wellness needs are and how to balance them to avoid disease or to restore wellness. The session usually lasts about an hour. The consultation helps us understand your lifestyle and what changes you may be able to make, You will also have an understanding of what herbs and supplements may help you maintain optimal health. Please have the following available upon our session: A list of all vitamins, minerals, supplements, herbs, homeopathics, OTC medications & prescription medications you are taking now. Please also note who recommended or prescribed the above & why. A food journal of what you eat & drink over a one week period including meal times, snack times, rising & bedtimes.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within the 24-hour period of your scheduled appointment, you will not receive a refund for the canceled appointment. You will not receive your money back for the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or you are a no-show on the day of your appointment. To ensure you receive a full refund, please be sure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full-service fee.
